Description
SAVI is a national testbed which integrates computing, networking, radio and other resources into a platform that supports at-scale experimentation in cloud computing, software-defined networking, future internet, IoT, and large-scale distributed applications. The SAVI testbed works closely with ORION and other research networks, and is federated with the U.S. GENI, Chameleon and CloudLab testbeds. This session will look at SAVI’s exploration of SDN which is built on the ORION network and may include a real-time demo of its security features in action.
